   I saw a lot of mods for the game on the nexusmods, the number of which continues to grow, but I don’t understand how people make these mods, perhaps there is some kind of program that allows to extract models with textures? I'm interested in models of buildings
   
   Я видел на сайте множество модов к игре,численность которых продолжает расти, но мне непонятно как люди делают эти моды, возможно есть какая-то программа которая позволяет извлекать модели и с текстурами? Меня интересуют модели построек
