How do I rip Tom Clancy's The Division models?

I was wondering if any of you can help shed some light on how to decompile this game's models, because the napalm tanks from the napalm production site along with some metal and plastic barrels, along with some construction barriers, work lights, vehicles like the trucks, etc could be useful for my special custom made-from-scratch chemical plant map I made via Blender.

Please reply ASAP as my computer is on the fritz.
