   is it possible to unlock mods from gta 5 ?

   Maybe you can try “openiv” which can unpack the *.rf formats compression package of GTA5, explore the 3D model, and export the models and textures of GTA5. Another tool is Zmodeler 3whitch can open the special model of GTA 5 and export *.obj .
