Yeah, most of the ones I just uploaded have that. Probably a temporary issue with the websites file hosting. That button is always there, it's just the download that's currently missing.
It even showes this "[attachment=7440:spg9.zip]" instead of the button, so probably check back in a few hours.

Is there any problem with the download button ? It doesn't let me download cause it says "File complaint or description"
