Makin,
чтоб открыть этот формат нужно поместить в одну папку как .gltf так и .bin у них одинаковые названия, легко открывается в блендере по дефолту, а уже от туда без труда перегнать в любой другой формат, ну или искать плагин импорта для Noesis
