I haven't ripped a single vehicle?

But if you are trying to get addons then you have to ask the creator of the addon first

ah, OpenIV, I see. Yea, I was interested in it sometime ago, but I also tried to get some custom models from GTA V which are from addons, but it appeares some models are just locked and unable to use. Would you like to try something like that, or you planning to do smth else?

You can use the tool Openiv to get the models
And then you need a plugin for max to convert them to a useable format
