I use Blender in the latest version, I open the file in fbx.
But I can't find the jaw or mouth bone.
I do not know if Blender is wrong or has another name in the mouth.

Hello, I have a problem, this model seems to be missing the mouth or jaw bone, it cannot move and also with the models of Tifa, Cloud, Aerith, Cloud (Age 14) and Tifa (Young) the same thing happens.
