ПРЕДУПРЕЖДЕНИЕ: рендеры сделаны Iurii Romanov ещё до оптимизации для добавления в игру - игровая модель и текстуры могут отличаться. В архиве так же нет текстур лестницы, ведущей на крышу, т.к. в реальности её всё равно там нет. Обратите внимание: в альфа-каналах diffuse текстур спрятаны Gloss-ы.
