The 4.4K poly count indicates if you disable all the bevel/subdivision modifiers (aka the original mesh).
The car comes with lights on by default, to turn them off hide the lights and for the headlights mesh change the material of both slots to 'Patty_Wagon' that's just without the emissive material.
