What am I doing wrong, Rip models from Theatre of war Afrika, Soldiers models .SFS formats

   Hello all. New here. Butthead did a great job ripping the vehicle models from this game but I am needing the soldiers too. Kudos and thank you Butthead for this,
   
   I have installed and tried using Ninja ripper 1.7.1.
   Ninja reads and runs, but only reads the first .SFS file, creates a file and then only reads the first model, "kublewagon". I did remove the .dll file as is directed.
   Please, might someone guide me in the right direction .
