Animation Convertion help

   good day, i try to use some of the 3d models monster from here, its in psk files and for animation is psa files. in my games of Ran Online. the animation files is saved in .bin file, how can i convert the psa files animation to bin files, i try in 3ds max and i can extract psa files but i can only saved in fbx files, is theres any tutorial so i can save it in .bin files, and what program do i need to use. thank you so much
